My Favorite Colors

My Favorite Colors

...are the words to this poem.

Here,
there,
everywhere,
I can see all
my favorite colors.

Light is broken and refracted.
Light is absorbed and reflected.
Light is ignited and extinguished.

Too much light
overwhelms color.
Too much dark
conceals color.

If you can find
just the right light,
the colors always
burst forth.

Nature always wears the colors of the spirit.
